We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security. **Join our ATM Projects Team!** You will be part of Indra’s **ATM (Air Traffic Management)** division, where we develop critical systems for air traffic management, incorporating **Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI** to enhance productivity, software quality, and development process efficiency in highly demanding environments. **What You’ll Do:** --------------- * Technically lead an **AI Engineering** team specialized in **Prompt Engineering** applied to ATM projects. * Design, validate, and optimize **advanced prompts** for language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA). * Apply advanced prompting techniques such as **chain\-of\-thought, few\-shot prompting, prompt templating, and iterative optimization**. * Define and implement solutions based on **Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)** and **tool use / function calling**. * Evaluate and conduct **benchmarking of prompts and LLM-based solutions**. * Orchestrate **AI agents and specialized tools** for software development lifecycle tasks. * Apply AI to **automate and improve processes**, including code generation, test case creation, technical documentation, requirements analysis, automated code review, and test scripting. * Use and integrate modern AI-assisted development tools such as **GitHub Copilot**. * Work with AI orchestration frameworks such as **LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI**. **What We’re Looking For:** ------------------------ Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of our criteria.
