The position entails essential responsibilities for the proper functioning of the warehouse within the specialized environment of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Key activities will focus on logistical management of material inflow and outflow, ensuring all processes are carried out with the diligence and order required by this highly regulated sector. The selected candidate will be a key element in the internal supply chain, directly contributing to smooth and efficient daily operations. Daily tasks include physical receipt of goods, verification against delivery note documentation, and correct placement in designated warehouse zones, following established protocols to ensure product traceability and safety—many of which may require special handling or storage conditions. Additionally, preparing and dispatching orders for internal distribution is critical, ensuring compliance with deadlines and specifications requested by various departments. Beyond manual and physical organizational tasks, the role includes a digital administrative component. The candidate will be responsible for recording and updating stock data in the warehouse management computer system, entering inbound, outbound, and location movements to maintain an accurate and up-to-date real-time database. This duality between physical work and digital management is fundamental to preserving inventory integrity and facilitating the company’s logistical planning. The offered salary is €1500 per month. The employment arrangement is a temporary substitution contract arising from a labor leave. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. A minimum of two years’ experience performing similar duties as a warehouse assistant or warehouse worker is required, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or laboratory sectors. Practical experience in recording and managing inventory data in warehouse computer systems is mandatory.
