Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the assembly of structures, machinery, or metal components, ensuring quality and safety standards, and collaborating with the team. Key Points: 1. Close collaboration with the production or maintenance team Personnel are required to work on the assembly of structures, machinery, or metal components in the Esquivias area. Main tasks will include assembling parts, structures, and mechanical or electrical components, strictly following blueprints and instruction manuals. It will be essential to ensure that all assemblies meet the most stringent quality standards and current safety regulations. Close collaboration with the rest of the production or maintenance team will be required to achieve maximum efficiency in processes and working hours. It will also be necessary to report any incidents, propose improvements, and report production progress to the supervisor. This position involves a temporary contract with a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The shift schedule will be rotating, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts, operating between 06:00 and 22:00 hours, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industrial environment. * We seek a responsible, committed, and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Availability of a personal vehicle. Vocational training in a trade.
