The person will act as the liaison between the plant and central administration, collaborating with various departments to ensure proper operational functioning. Responsibilities include acting as liaison with central administration, human resources, and occupational risk prevention. Also supporting management of personal protective equipment, documentation of external companies, and coordination of medical examinations. The role involves coordination with plant management and production manager, managing supply contracts, verifying transportation and weight volumes, and controlling costs. Additionally, internal plant transportation will be managed. This position offers full-time employment from Monday to Friday on a split shift schedule, salary according to job classification, and potential for long-term employment stability. Immediate start is required. * Prior administrative experience. * Knowledge of occupational risk prevention (PRL) and technical functions is desirable. * Ability to coordinate and communicate across departments. * Proactivity and attention to detail.
