Job Responsibilities: Account Manager & Project Lead (Barcelona) As a management professional, you will serve as the critical bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring each project is delivered with excellence. Your key responsibilities include: * **Client Management and Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into concrete action plans. * **Strategic Project Planning:** Organize, schedule, and oversee the full lifecycle of all company projects (design, permits, construction). * **Task Assignment:** Coordinate internal teams and external collaborators, distributing workloads and ensuring adherence to deadlines. * **Quality Control and Monitoring:** Supervise daily project progress, managing budgets, resources, and issue resolution. * **Process Optimization:** Enhance internal workflows to ensure more efficient project execution.
