This role ensures efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and safe handling practices through consistent execution of established procedures. What you’ll do * Operate material handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within production and warehouse areas. * Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities and condition against documentation. * Receive, inspect, and store materials according to established inventory and storage procedures. * Stage materials for production and transfer finished goods to storage or shipping locations. * Perform routine inventory counts and support cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records. * Follow safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements at all times. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to appropriate partners. * Collaborate with team members and support functions to ensure smooth material flow and operations. What you will need to succeed * High school diploma or equivalent. * **Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience** in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing support roles (aligned to S2 Leveling Guide). * Working knowledge of material handling processes and safety practices. * Ability to accurately follow procedures and maintain attention to detail. * Basic computer skills to support inventory tracking and documentation. * Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
