Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support, analysis, and data quality management in applications; investigate errors in Java code and databases; and support incident management and technical documentation development. Incident management and support for technical documentation. **Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Supporting functional testing and execution of data quality analysis tasks; adapting client work procedures; and correcting errors identified during testing in ARGO applications. * Investigating potential non-conformities and errors arising from functional testing within Java source code and database environments. * Data quality verification: assessing whether software stores data appropriately. Inspecting the application to compare data stored automatically with data obtained manually by ORGA staff. Application corrections will require programming using PowerShell and Office macros. * Supporting the control, management, and tracking of client incidents related to ARGO and AVIZOR applications, including coordination with external agencies and systems. * Supporting the development of required technical documentation, as well as execution of incident or functional requirement submission, processing, and resolution related to ARGO, AVIZOR, and their interacting internal and external systems. * Supporting the collection of client requirements regarding future evolutions of ARGO and AVIZOR, and proposing improvements. * IT support and dashboard generation. * Project management and process optimization. * Functional analysis and database design. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Education** * University degree among the following (according to the classification of degrees issued by the Community of Madrid): Engineering and Architecture branch: degrees in Engineering within the ICT domain, organizational domain, mathematics domain, or data science domain. Science branch: degrees in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science. Social Sciences and Law branch: Business Analytics, Data Science, Service Management, or Public Administration. **Minimum required: Level 2.** **Experience** * Experience in project office environments: project control and monitoring, preparation of progress reports and presentations, document review, and risk and action tracking. **Minimum required: 2 years** * Experience in analysis or implementation activities in IT development projects. **Minimum required: 2 years** * Experience in managing or resolving incidents in IT projects. **Minimum required: 2 years** * Experience in managing, using, programming, designing, or implementing databases. **Minimum required: 2 years** **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Experience in analysis or implementation activities in IT development projects. **Desirable: 8 years.** * Experience in managing, using, programming, designing, or implementing databases. **Desirable: 8 years.** * Experience with ticketing tools such as Service Manager or ServiceNow for incident, request, and access management. **Desirable: 3 years.** * Experience using SAS applications, specifically SAS Visual Investigator or SAS Visual Analytics. **Desirable: 4 years** * Experience in tasks or projects involving acquisition of knowledge about the organization and operation of the Asset Recovery and Management Office (ORGA), including: * Employment as a civil servant, temporary staff via interim pool, or as an expert at ORGA. * Participation in analysis tasks during development of ORGA-support applications, AVIZOR and ARGO. * Conducting training activities for ORGA staff: delivery and documentation development. * Participation in implementation projects of ORGA applications or new organizational models. * Participation in resolving incidents affecting ORGA operations or its supporting applications. * Other experiences must be adequately justified and will be subject to evaluation team discretion for acceptance as valid under this criterion. **Desirable: 8 years** * Possession of internationally recognized certification in SAS® (Statistical Analysis System) database domain. **Desirable: 3 certifications.** * Possession of internationally recognized certification in Structured Query Language (SQL) programming. **Desirable: 1 certification.**
