




Job Summary: We are seeking a freelance Microsoft 365 Trainer to design, prepare, and deliver a hands-on training program on the efficient, collaborative, and secure use of Microsoft 365 tools. Develop practical automation examples using Power Automate Our client is a company with over 50 years of experience dedicated to the development, production, and commercialization of in vitro diagnostic reagents. Currently, we are looking to hire a Microsoft Office 365 Administrator to assist in managing and optimizing the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. **ROLE** Our client seeks to onboard a freelance Microsoft 365 Trainer to design, prepare, and deliver a practical training program targeted at current and prospective Microsoft 365 users within the organization. Training will be delivered simultaneously via Microsoft Teams meetings to approximately 40 participants, including administrative staff, department heads, and users with varying permission levels and experience with M365 tools. The primary objective is to train users in the efficient, collaborative, and secure use of key Microsoft 365 tools, including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and basic concepts of Power Apps. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, prepare, and deliver online training sessions on Microsoft 365. * Adapt content to different user profiles, ranging from beginners to departmental leads. * Clearly explain the functionality of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its practical application in daily work. * Prepare training materials, step-by-step guides, presentations, and hands-on exercises. * Create practice environments, including SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and sample structures. * Develop practical automation examples using Power Automate. * Address participant questions during and between sessions. * Propose real-world, organization-specific practical case studies. * Monitor training progress and adjust the plan according to identified needs. * Coordinate a final consolidation project integrating acquired knowledge. * Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 trainer. * Advanced knowledge of OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. * Practical experience with SharePoint Online, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, and web parts. * Knowledge of Power Automate for creating basic flows, approvals, and administrative automations. * Basic knowledge of Power Apps. * Ability to design instructional materials and hands-on exercises. * Experience delivering online training to large groups via Microsoft Teams. * Ability to adapt content for users with varying technical proficiency. * Clear communication skills, pedagogical orientation, and a practical approach. * Availability to collaborate for approximately 6 months in a freelance capacity. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Official Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or the Power Platform. * Prior experience in digital adoption or digital transformation projects. * Experience training administrative staff and middle management. * Knowledge of best practices for document management, collaboration, and security in Microsoft 365 environments. * Ability to identify real-world use cases and convert them into practical exercises.
