All this while safeguarding the well-being of our organisation’s people and working as a team to attract and retain talent that adds value. **Responsibilities** Recruitment and Selection: * Participate in drafting and publishing job vacancies, promoting them through recruitment channels. * Manage the recruitment ATS and the Candidate Portal. * Screen CVs and apply recruitment methodologies. * Communicate with and provide feedback to candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application. * Participate in job fairs, university talks, etc. * Assist in assigning IT tools, corporate branding materials, etc. Training: * Participate in managing training credits on the FUNDAE platform. * Register training activities, along with associated documentation, in the database. * Assist in organising training activities: scheduling, managing training rooms, coordinating travel for participants. Other Areas: * Participate in organising medical examinations, issuing and registering PPEs, etc. * Assist in presenting internal regulations manuals. * Participate in promoting initiatives related to equality plans, safe mobility, and healthy workplace programmes. In coordination with the Project Manager and the IoT department, the candidate will carry out tasks related to preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of advanced analytical instrumentation associated with projects and clients managed by Envira's Galicia delegation. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the construction, testing, deployment, and adjustment of new advanced automatic measurement systems, nanosensors, and similar devices related to Envira's activities in the region. **Responsibilities:** * In coordination with the Project Technical Management, plan and perform on-site preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of advanced measurement systems associated with the delegation. * Properly use and maintain tools and equipment provided for assigned tasks in optimal working condition. * Follow the required work methodology, order, and cleanliness standards demanded by the type of analytical instrumentation used. * Identify and report deviations, anomalies, and malfunctions of field-installed equipment to the project manager for review and resolution. * Verify and calibrate according to procedures established by the Department's Technical Management. * Attend specific training courses when required. Requirements * Minimum Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electronic Maintenance, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or Computer and Telecommunications Systems. * Interest in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex analytical instrumentation systems for gaseous environments. * Knowledge of basic instrumentation such as temperature, humidity, and pressure. * Ability to interpret logic schematics and electronic diagrams.
