We are currently seeking a **Planning Engineer** to join a major multinational company operating in the Industrial sector. **What will you do?** * Definition and implementation of **Project Control procedures**. * Development and monitoring of **engineering and procurement scheduling**. * Preparation of schedules at various levels of detail. * Generation of **progress curves (S\-curves)** and resource histograms. * Monitoring of project progress and analysis of deviations. * Proposal of corrective actions regarding schedule and resources. * Preparation of **internal and client-facing reports**. * Support to the Project Manager in monitoring the **critical path**. * Coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. **What do we offer you?** * Participation in an exciting project with an international leader in Oil\&Gas. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary. * Contract through IDEA. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Energy, or related field). * +5 years of experience in industrial project planning. * Experience in the **Oil \& Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical sectors**. * Experience in **Engineering and Procurement (EP) planning**. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6 or MS Project**. * Advanced skills in **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)**. * Knowledge of project control (WBS, critical path, KPIs)
