We are seeking personnel to join a pomace factory located between Bujalance and Cañete de las Torres. The position focuses on the olive pomace plant area. Requirements for this opportunity include previous experience in plants or factories within the oil and pomace sector, or in olive mills. Specific knowledge of olive pomace plants will be especially valued, as well as experience or knowledge in mechanics. Training or experience operating a loader is necessary. Additionally, candidates must reside near Bujalance and Cañete de las Torres and possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. The offered conditions include a temporary contract with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, and two night shifts. The work schedule consists of six consecutive working days followed by four days off. A fourth-shift allowance will be applied, and compensation will follow the Córdoba olive oil sector collective agreement, with a gross hourly rate of €12.89.
