We are seeking production operators for Las Ventas de Retamosa, Toledo. The contract is permanent, with working hours from Monday to Friday on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and weekends off. Responsibilities include operating a forklift to move materials, preparing loads, and participating in product manufacturing—identifying materials and following established processes. Maintaining workplace order, cleanliness, and safety is also required. Experience in industrial environments and the ability to work proactively and commit to quality are highly valued. Work is performed in teams, collaborating to achieve daily production targets. The base salary is €21.500 gross per year, including a shift allowance, a night-work allowance where applicable, and a monthly performance bonus. Previous experience in industrial or production environments. Ability to operate a forklift (forklift training or license preferred). Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Initiative to resolve everyday problems. Teamwork skills and attention to detail.
