Access reliable information sources, verify data, search online, download program-related information, and watch programs to gather relevant details. 3\. Coordinate with department managers to achieve departmental goals, as well as monitor and handle incident reporting and resolution. 4\. Inform, review, and correct all managed contents and components, ensuring they meet required quality standards and are available for use by the contractually agreed dates.
