Follow Us: LinkedIn DOCUMENTALIST The main mission of this position will be: To manage the supplementary informational and promotional documentation related to audiovisual material required for both in-house and third-party productions, whether provided internally or by external distributors or producers, ensuring its accuracy and reliability in order to inform both external and internal clients about scheduled broadcast content. Key Functions and Responsibilities: 1\. Contact suppliers and distributors to request necessary information and promotional materials to complete documentation for produced or acquired content scheduled for release (credits, music cue sheets, synopses, trailers, posters, images), manage translations, and register/upload all data and materials into the appropriate management platforms. 2\. Access reliable information sources, verify data, search online, download program-related information, and watch programs to gather relevant details. 3\. Coordinate with department managers to achieve departmental goals, as well as monitor and handle incident reporting and resolution. 4\. Inform, review, and correct all managed contents and components, ensuring they meet required quality standards and are available for use by the contractually agreed dates.
