Flexographic operators for plastic printing machines are needed: Responsibilities: \- Mounting and aligning printing clichés. \- Manual adjustment of print registration and pressure. \- Ink and viscosity control without automated systems. \- Supervising production to minimize waste and losses. \- Real-time detection and resolution of issues (ghosting, bands, stains, poor adhesion). \- Basic preventive machine maintenance. \- Collaboration with extrusion, cutting, and packaging teams. Requirements: \- Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. \- 5 to 10 years of experience in plastic printing \- shopping bags, garbage bags, and die-cut bags \- on older machinery. \- In-depth knowledge of inks and manual adjustments. \- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve printing issues. \- Punctuality, responsibility, and careful handling of materials.
