**Company Description** **JOIN ATEXIS!** **AN ALTEN COMPANY** **Who are we?** ATEXIS is a multinational consultancy specialized in providing support engineering services to clients, including leading companies in the aerospace, defense, naval, rail, energy, and industrial sectors. **Job Description** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Preparation and updating of provisioning lists (IPPN/IPL) * Analysis of customer comments and assessment of their impact on logistics documentation. * Resolution of issues through a logistics database related to the management and purchase of system spare parts. * Registration and interpretation of part parameters in IPL and verification of equipment composition. * Coordination with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure spare parts availability. * Customer support regarding logistics documentation and provisioning. * Tasks related to compliance of maintenance documentation for various systems. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Knowledge/experience in integrated logistic support systems - ILS or technical documentation or data management in aviation ideally * Experience with logistics data management tools **Additional Information** International work environment and professional growth 22 vacation days + additional free days Permanent contract Private medical insurance Intensive and flexible working hours from 7:00 - 15:00 At ATEXIS, we value every individual within our organization.
