Company Description At Energy by Cogen (member of the MET group), we are looking to strengthen our team in Madrid with a Back Office profile. You will be responsible for managing guarantees, settlements, and billing in the electricity market, playing a key role in coordinating between departments and improving internal processes. Job Description **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of profit and loss forecasts and overall balance. * Comprehensive management of collections, payments, and billing with OMIE and REE. * Calculation and monitoring of guarantees (OMIE and MEFF). * Coordination with Finance/Treasury and direct reporting to the Business Line Head. * Support in the future migration of the financial ERP system. * Organization of the Back Office and process improvement. * Cash flow forecasting and liquidity needs management. * Validation and reconciliation of settlements (OMIE, REE, CNMC). * Interaction with settlement software developers. * Procedures for registration and deregistration in representation services and control center. * Management of measurement and data incidents (SIMEL). Requirements **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wholesale electricity market. * Advanced proficiency in financial ERPs and spreadsheets. * Experience with databases and APIs. * Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. * High level of English. Additional Information * Permanent, full-time contract. * Salary: €45,000–50,000; variable component of 10–15%.
