Position Summary: We are seeking a self-employed instructor with vocation and experience to deliver scheduled training courses and CFA (Certificate of Training and Apprenticeship) programs in the hospitality sector, supporting and motivating students toward success. Key role in training hospitality professionals We are looking for an instructor to deliver scheduled training courses and CFA (Certificate of Training and Apprenticeship) programs in the areas of **Waiter and Cook**. The selected candidate will be responsible for accompanying students throughout the entire training process, providing personalized follow-up and ensuring successful course completion. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Daily student follow-up:** Monitor each student’s progress, ensuring they meet learning objectives within established timelines. * **Student support:** Contact students regularly (via phone or digital means) to encourage continued participation and course completion. * **Doubt resolution:** Address questions related to course content and provide necessary explanations for proper understanding. * **Motivation:** Foster a positive learning environment by supporting and motivating students to achieve their academic goals. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a waiter and cook. * Teaching competence demonstrated through one of the following qualifications: Teaching Master’s Degree, Teaching Certificate. * Strong communication skills and student-oriented approach. * Ability to work collaboratively and commitment to outcomes. * Must be a self-employed instructor.
