The Olive Oil Excellence Center located in Úbeda, Spain, is the only GEA Group center focused on Olive Oil applications globally, utilizing GEA's mechanical separation technology. We are currently seeking a field technician specialized in industrial mechanics, preferably based in Écija and surrounding areas or Beja (Portugal) and surroundings. The field technician position involves performing preventive maintenance on components of olive oil extraction lines. These tasks are carried out both at customer sites and at GEA's designated facilities in its workplace in Úbeda. Tasks include traveling, disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling machines included in these extraction lines. During the extraction campaign, corrective maintenance, process optimization, and technical advisory services are also performed.
