**Retail Sales Associate at Moll de Drassanes Point of Sale (Columbus Monument, Barcelona)** We are seeking a person who wishes to join our point of sale at Moll de Drassanes (Columbus Monument). Your primary mission will be to provide close, friendly, and professional service, advising each visitor on our boat excursions and efficiently managing ticket sales. Through your interpersonal skills and communication ability, you will ensure every customer enjoys an excellent experience from the very first moment, while also identifying their needs to offer them the most suitable option. Responsibilities: * Customer service at the Moll de Drassanes (Columbus Monument) point of sale. * Management and restocking of promotional materials. * Handling requests from large groups, organizing tour sales tailored to their specific needs. * Supporting the Ticket Office Manager in tour management and optimization (closures, openings, incidents). * Customer service and advisory support at the point of sale. * Selling experiences and managing reservations. * Assisting with daily operational opening, closing, and incident handling. * Collaborating on tour optimization and enhancing the customer experience. Competencies and Requirements: * Prior experience in ticketing, face-to-face sales, or similar roles within tourism and/or hospitality. * Initiative. * Flexibility. * Sense of responsibility, decision-making ability, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Prior experience with Barcelona-based tour operators is a plus.
