An electrical engineering company specializing in the design and execution of low-voltage installations, photovoltaic self-consumption systems, and industrial automation solutions is looking to hire an Electrical Technical Manager to assume comprehensive project management. This is a key role within the company’s technical structure, with direct responsibility for project development and execution. We seek an experienced, autonomous, and technically competent individual who wishes to engage in a stable professional project and assume real day-to-day responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and calculation of low-voltage electrical installations. * Development of electrical schematics and technical documentation. * Sizing and configuration of photovoltaic self-consumption systems. * Participation in industrial automation and control projects. * Preparation of technical reports, measurements, and budgets. * Technical management of procurement and supplier relations. * Technical coordination with installers and supervision of construction execution. * Resolution of technical issues and on-site decision-making. * Processing and oversight of legalizations and regulatory compliance. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Track), or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Electricity/Electronics. * Proven experience in low-voltage electrical projects. * Knowledge of the Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT) and applicable regulations. * Proficiency with technical design tools (AutoCAD or similar). * Organizational ability and decision-making capability. * Professional commitment and orientation toward responsibility. * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in photovoltaic self-consumption installations. * Proficiency in EPLAN for electrical schematic development. * Knowledge of PLC programming (TIA Portal or other similar environments). * Experience in industrial automation or control systems. * Proficiency in electrical or photovoltaic calculation software (CYPE, PVSyst, etc.). **Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours and partial remote work options depending on projects. * Compensation commensurate with experience and responsibilities, aligned with the Asturias Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement. * Stable position with real technical responsibility. * Autonomy in decision-making. * Opportunities for professional advancement within the technical structure. * Close-knit, dynamic professional environment focused on technical quality. * Location in Asturias.
