DESCRIPTION At **BEIGAR**, we are seeking a **Technical Project Manager** to join a leading company in innovation and cybersecurity projects. We are looking for a candidate with experience in technical leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, capable of driving the development of innovative solutions and ensuring the proper technical execution of strategic projects. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in technical leadership or coordination of technological projects. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong organizational, planning, and project monitoring skills. * Experience in risk management, resource management, planning, and incident resolution. * Results-oriented mindset and decision-making capability. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Master’s or postgraduate studies will be valued. * Knowledge of cybersecurity and emerging technologies. * High level of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2/C1\). **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in international R\+D\+i projects. * Participation in projects funded by the European Commission (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, FP7, EDF), NATO, or national innovation programs. * Knowledge of the cyber defense domain. * Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Experience working with agile methodologies. * Proactive, solution-oriented profile focused on continuous improvement. * Ability to thrive in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments. **About the ideal candidate** We seek a person with a solid technical foundation and experience coordinating projects and teams, who enjoys working in innovation-driven environments and collaborating with specialists from various disciplines.
