We are looking for a **Plant Assistant** to join our Production team in Reus. If you have experience in production environments and a strong desire to keep learning, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- ### **Personnel and Process Safety** * Comply with and apply safety regulations: chemical handling, lockout/tagout procedures, and job-specific safety measures. * Properly use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify and report any deviations that could affect personnel or process safety. * Act in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan when required. ### **Quality and Food Safety** * Comply with food safety standards. * Accurately record required information to ensure traceability, quality, and safety. * Identify and report deviations related to product quality. ### **Process Operations** * Operate and monitor the dryer and utilities processes (including water). * Monitor the boiler process. * Properly manage truck and tanker loading and unloading. * Conduct sampling and analysis as per the established plan. * Perform cleaning tasks for assigned areas and equipment. * Identify defects or incidents in the process. * Collaborate with other departments when necessary. **Long Description** -------------------- **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Education: High school diploma, Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio), or equivalent experience. * Demonstrable experience in similar production environments. * Languages: Native Spanish; Catalan is an asset. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), Monday through Sunday. **Preferred Qualifications** ----------------------------- * Knowledge of industrial safety, quality, and food safety. * Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems. * Agility to learn and adapt. * Basic computer skills. * Certifications for forklift operation, aerial work platform operation, and industrial boiler operation. * Advanced-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior). * Proactive attitude and commitment (to be assessed during the interview). * Flexibility regarding working hours. **What We Offer** ----------------- * **Temporary contract until 05/31/2026**, with potential extension. * Rotating shift work – fifth shift. * **Salary according to collective agreement: €24.262,08 gross/year**. * Opportunity to integrate into a solid, safe, and development-oriented industrial environment. **Are You Interested?** ----------------- We would love to receive your application!
