Promotion of inclusion and community support We are seeking a Welcome Technician (A2\) for the Municipal First Welcome Service of El Vendrell Town Council, to assist and accompany newcomers in their integration process. Initial welcome and accompaniment for newcomers, including service processing and guidance on basic administrative procedures. Organization and facilitation of training on Catalan language and society, and coordination with relevant organizations. Promotion of inclusion, community support, and awareness-raising activities against racism. * Temporary employment contract (7 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2200 * Other relevant information: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, or Pedagogy. Catalan language proficiency level C1. Knowledge of languages spoken by migrants (Arabic preferred). Experience in a similar work setting. Specific training in the field of reception and migration. 35 weekly hours \- 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with flexible scheduling.
