Opportunity for permanent employment with the company **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking production operators/machine operators with industrial sector experience for a metal factory located in REUS. Mandatory requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as an industrial machine operator * Vocational training (Intermediate Level) in mechanics, electronics, or related fields is desirable, along with strong motivation to learn * Candidate must seek a stable long-term project within the industrial sector * Completion of the mandatory Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course for the metal industry is positively valued * Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace Responsibilities: * Feed machinery, monitor its operation, and perform parameter setting What we offer: * Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night, Monday to Friday (possible Saturday work) \- Salary: €11 gross/hour (day shift) \- €13.80 gross/hour (night shift) * Contract: Temporary Employment Agency (ETT) contract, up to a maximum of one year \+ possibility of permanent employment with the company (project offering long-term stability) **Requirements:** --------------- * Industrial sector experience * Vocational training (Intermediate Level) in mechanics, electronics, or related fields is positively valued * Completion of the mandatory Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course for the metal industry is positively valued * Residence within 20 km of Reus is positively valued
