Restaurant with identity and high-quality cuisine At L’Autentico by Francesco, an Italo\-Mediterranean restaurant in Cubellas, we continue expanding and seek to hire a waiter/waitress enthusiastic about working, learning, and becoming part of a project with its own identity. Our restaurant combines Chef Francesco Peretto’s authentic Italian cuisine with the Mediterranean essence of the historic Náutic — an iconic venue in Cubellas for nearly 60 years.
