**About the role:** Shift Technical Operator for a hygiene product production line, manufacturing products according to established specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, the Technical Operator is responsible for machine operation. If this sounds like you, we would love to talk. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comply with Essity's safety regulations. * Ensure product quality levels meet product specifications by conducting periodic tests. * Ensure products not meeting specifications are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated within the unit via DDS: SOP, CIL, Center Lining, specifications, execution of preventive orders (SAP), etc. * Perform machine repairs during corrective maintenance activities. * Actively supervise and participate in format changes, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standards. * Maintain proper communication during shift handovers (previous and next shifts). * Maintain proper communication with others involved in machine operations. * Participate in entering and reporting data generated during production. * Work according to personnel development programs (121\). **Who you are:** * Experience in an industrial environment * Higher vocational training (mechatronics, etc…) * English language knowledge valued * Office software skills (Word and Excel) * Maintenance management software SAP * Welding experience * Experience with preventive diagnostic tools **Additional Information:** * Action-oriented * Customer focus * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Day-to-day learning * Problem solving * Self\-awareness * Time management **What we offer:** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower employees to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
