To sustain this growth, we’re seeking someone who is an organizational powerhouse: a pure Project Manager focused on coordinating, producing, and optimizing the entire pipeline of this vertical—from product design through to launch—to turn it into a direct revenue driver. #### **What would your role be?** The mission is simple: transform scientific knowledge and creative ideas into tangible deliverables—without losing our identity. Your goal isn’t to produce documents that sit idle in an Excel sheet; it’s to build efficient workflows that accelerate launches, ensuring alignment with Brand, scientific rigor of content, and our global standards. Thanks to you, production of every program will run smoother, the team will accelerate execution, and we’ll maximize impact on our students’ lives. #### **Requirements** We’re not looking for someone who just moves cards in Notion and waits for others to hand them completed work. We’re looking for someone with four critical skills: * DNA in health, wellness, or education sectors: You genuinely understand how this industry works. You’ve previously worked on projects related to health, longevity, nutrition, biohacking, and/or education—and you navigate disruptive educational products like Learning Heroes’ with ease. * Management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams: You speak the language of health experts, content creators, designers, and editors. You know how to prioritize their tasks, plan production schedules, and extract maximum potential from each profile—without burning out the team, yet maintaining a hardcore pace. * Structure, processes, and optimization: Execution speed demands order. You’re obsessively organized—capable of documenting processes, anticipating bottlenecks, and structuring the pipeline so that the entire mechanism runs like a Swiss watch. * Impatience and hunger for execution: You manage with an impact mindset and time\-to\-market focus. You move fast, prioritize what "moves the needle", and tolerate no delays. You assume full ownership of deadlines and final project outcomes. #### **Where and how do we work?** * **Location:** Barcelona or Andorra la Vella are our natural home bases.
