The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining pricing structures, as well as ensuring the technical profitability of our products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Developing, implementing, and maintaining pricing structures for Motor and Home insurance segments. * Drafting functional requirements for these pricing structures to enable automation within relevant applications. * Adapting current pricing structures to new business opportunities. * Collaborating with Underwriting and Commercial teams to align pricing with existing business rules and validations. * Managing the flow and quality of relevant actuarial data from direct sources to ensure robust outputs. * Analyzing and monitoring conversion and retention metrics. * Assessing market price competitiveness to support decision-making. * Analyzing the evolution of new business and portfolio performance (all key technical business tracking indicators). **By now, you’re probably wondering: How do I know if I’m the right fit?** Don’t worry—I won’t ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar Pricing roles. * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science. * Strong analytical capability. * Familiarity with insurance business performance indicators. * Advanced user of pricing modeling software (preferably Emblem and Radar) and databases. * Advanced user of machine learning techniques. * Advanced Python programming skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and engage successfully with internal stakeholders. * Autonomy in decision-making. * Ownership of end-to-end processes.
