It enables us to automate processes, improve productivity, transform complex data into actionable insights, and deliver an increasingly intelligent experience for our customers. **This position is based at our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès.** **What Are Your Main Objectives as a Tax Technical Software Support (Ekon XRP)?** We are seeking a Customer Support professional to provide support to our customers on ERP Ekon XRP modules (Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, etc.). As a Tax Technical Software Support, you will: * Address and resolve customer queries and incidents through various channels (phone, email, or in person). * Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues using the knowledge base. * Inform and guide users during the implementation of appropriate solutions. * Record and document all interventions and actions taken. * Escalate incidents and coordinate with internal teams when necessary, prioritizing urgent cases. * Prepare activity reports and stay up to date on XRP products and systems. **About You** -------------------- * Degree in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. * Prior experience with ERP systems or financial management solutions. * Functional knowledge in finance, taxation (VAT, corporate income tax, advance payments, …), accounting, treasury, management control, or budgetary management. * Ability to analyze incidents and resolve technical and functional problems with team support. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work collaboratively. * Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning new tools and ERP systems. * Technical knowledge in Java and SQL is a plus. * Native Catalan and English at minimum B1 level. *Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
