Description
The position, located in Monzón, involves ensuring production continuity through industrial maintenance activities. It includes corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Fault diagnostics are also performed to minimize downtime, along with periodic inspections and equipment calibration according to manufacturer specifications.
Additionally, the condition of electrical and plumbing infrastructure, as well as electronic and control components, is verified. The ability to interpret technical drawings and operate measurement tools is required. The professional collaborates on improvement and modernization projects, coordinates with external technicians, and participates in internal and external audits related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
An indefinite-term contract is offered, with weekly rotating morning and afternoon shifts, and exceptional possibility of night shifts. Annual gross salary is €29,000 plus a variable component of €2,000 based on performance objectives. The work environment is dynamic, offering job stability.
A higher-level vocational training qualification (CFGS) or intermediate-level vocational training qualification (CFGM) in industrial maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related fields is required. Extensive knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and electronics applied to industrial machinery, as well as a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles, is essential. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC programming, and control systems operation is considered an advantage. Fault diagnosis capability, teamwork skills, and clear communication of technical issues are also required. Availability for irregular working hours and emergency on-call duties is necessary.
