A rapidly growing industrial design company seeks to hire a Technical Office Director to lead its machinery and industrial solutions design and development department. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the technical team, ensuring correct project execution, and overseeing continuous product improvement—from design through manufacturing. • Lead and coordinate the design, drafting, and engineering team. • Plan and supervise technical projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost control. • Design and validate industrial solutions, components, and custom machinery. • Supervise drawings, technical documentation, manuals, and bills of materials (BOM). • Maintain communication with production, assembly, procurement, and management. • Drive process improvements and design standardization. • Manage implementation of new technologies, methodologies, and CAD tools. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements. * Experience: 5 years. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial design and/or machinery development. • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor or equivalent). • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and metal fabrication. • Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. * English (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge (preferred): • Project management skills (Gantt charts, planning, KPIs). • Familiarity with ERP systems and technical documentation management. • Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '3000' to '3500' * Additional relevant information: We offer • Stable integration into an established and fast-growing company. • Competitive salary based on experience. • Positive work environment and professional development opportunities. • Health insurance.
