Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient water supply to plants, performing maintenance, irrigation system supervision, and phytosanitary tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Irrigation system maintenance and repair 2. Daily supervision of the irrigation system and reservoir monitoring 3. Application of phytosanitary treatments and fertigation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** The candidate will ensure water is delivered efficiently to each plant by carrying out the following tasks: * Maintenance and Repair: Fixing pipe breaks, replacing valves, drippers, couplings, and auxiliary components. * System Supervision: Daily inspection of irrigation sectors to ensure correct pressure levels and prevent leaks. * Phytosanitary Treatments: Applying products according to the crop plan while adhering to safety regulations. * Fertigation: Managing fertilizer tanks and cleaning filtration heads. * Reservoir Monitoring: Monitoring water levels in tanks or ponds. * Environment Maintenance: Removing weeds along irrigation lines and performing basic farm upkeep.
