Description
We are seeking an assistant to provide support at home for individuals requiring socio\-healthcare assistance. Tasks include direct physical care at the client's residence, as well as household management and maintenance to ensure an appropriate environment.
Psychosocial interventions will also be carried out, aimed at promoting personal and social autonomy. This involves helping the individual acquire and practice skills, following the guidelines provided by the responsible professionals. Maintaining constant and collaborative communication with the family or primary caregivers is essential.
A qualification in "Socio\-Healthcare Assistance for Dependent Individuals at Home" or "Assistance for People in a State of Dependency" is required. Candidates without this qualification must have completed related courses aligned with the described responsibilities. Demonstrable experience in caring for elderly individuals will be valued. A temporary part\-time contract is offered, with a minimum of 15 hours per week, focused on weekends. Remuneration will comply with the sector's collective bargaining agreement.
