If you are passionate about customer service, have leadership skills, and enjoy creating unique dining experiences, we'd love to meet you! **Your main responsibilities** * Supervise daily dining room service, ensuring proper setup and breakdown. * Organize waitstaff and assistants, ensuring efficient service. * Attend to and build loyalty with guests through professional and friendly service. * Promote sales of complementary products (upselling). * Monitor inventory, restocking points, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations. * Coordinate setup for events or special services. * Resolve incidents and ensure adherence to quality standards and team presentation. **Requirements** Education: * Intermediate or Advanced Degree in **Food and Beverage Services**, **Hospitality Management**, or similar. * Courses in **customer service**, **gastronomy**, and **food handling**. Languages: * **Fluent Spanish and English** (essential).
