If you are passionate about customer interaction and wish to develop your career in the hospitality sector, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and escort guests. * Attend to guests' needs, resolve queries, and provide information about dining services and hotel amenities. * Record any incidents for follow-up by the Department Head. * Set tables according to protocol (buffet, set menu, or à la carte), ensuring cleanliness, order, and presentation of the space. * Clear tableware at the end of service, efficiently clearing tables while maintaining optimal working conditions. * Restock sugar bowls, petit menage sets, salt shakers, and pepper mills. * Clean and organize auxiliary areas (office, support trolleys, delivery zones). * Ensure proper operation of the silverware delivery robot and other logistical tasks. **Requirements** * Prior experience in similar roles within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Joining an established hotel chain. * Positive work environment and real opportunities for professional growth. * Continuous training and on-the-job development.
