For our hotel located in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, we seek to hire a professional for the **Maintenance Department** to cover team vacations. ***Your mission*** Join the O7 Hotels maintenance team, ensuring the proper operation of facilities and contributing to a safe, efficient, and guest-wellbeing-oriented environment. ***What will you do daily?*** * Independently carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across hotel facilities. * Diagnose malfunctions and propose effective technical solutions in areas such as electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and general equipment. * Perform technically complex repairs while guaranteeing uninterrupted hotel operations. * Monitor facility performance and anticipate potential incidents. * Record and report all interventions, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans. * Ensure order, safety, and proper use of technical areas and tools. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues affecting guest experience. * Comply with and enforce internal procedures and occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** ***Mandatory*** * **Valid Swimming Pool Maintenance License** * **Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in hotel, tourism, or similar environments.** * **Technical knowledge of general maintenance: electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and minor repairs.** * Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational health and safety regulations. * Attention to detail and service orientation, with focus on facility quality and safety. * Ability to work in an organized manner, prioritizing tasks in operational environments. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts according to hotel operational needs. * Local residence. ***Desirable*** * Specific experience in swimming pool maintenance and water treatment. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, filters, and associated pool machinery. * Prior experience in 3- or 4-star hotels. * Technical training related to maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or similar fields. * Ability to coordinate with external suppliers and other departments. ***Are you interested?*** If you wish to join a growing hotel project and develop your career within the **O7 Hotels** Maintenance Department, we look forward to receiving your application.
