The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Weekly working hours: 35–40 hours. * Working days: Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts). * Salary according to collective agreement. * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Become part of a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures.
