We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our team in the SOUTH ZONE of Tenerife (PUERTO SANTIAGO)! Main responsibilities: \- Support in telephone customer service and resolution of guest inquiries. \- Assist in guest reception and welcoming. \- Support check-in and check-out procedures. \- Assist in reservation and correspondence management. \- Provide basic information about hotel services. \- Collaborate with the front desk team and other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. \- Support incident resolution under supervision. \- Perform administrative tasks specific to the department. ### **Requirements** \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position or in customer service. \- Intermediate level of Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is valued. \- Strong communication skills and customer orientation. \- Proficiency in verbal and written communication. \- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. \- Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Discretion and confidentiality when handling information. \- Proactive attitude and ability to resolve incidents. \- Basic proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
