We are seeking professionals who champion healthy, high-quality food based on the Mediterranean diet to join our team. Our priority is to foster healthy eating habits in the school canteen, cultivating appreciation for nutritious food through our recipes and menus—while consistently ensuring maximum hygiene, food safety, and respect for the environment. We are currently recruiting chefs and kitchen assistants for various locations within the comarca of Vallès Occidental, specifically in Vacarisses. Chef Responsibilities: * Preparation of school meal menus according to nutritional guidelines and the educational center’s preferences. * Ensuring correct execution of cooking and meal preparation processes. * Supervision of the kitchen team and assignment of tasks. * Implementation of the HACCP Plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety protocols. * Conducting checks and maintaining records to guarantee food quality and safety. * Participation in food order planning and logistical coordination. Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities: * Food preparation according to the chef’s instructions. * Assistance during cooking and meal preparation. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Collaboration in stock management and storage of food products. * Assistance with documentation and record-keeping for HACCP controls and other procedures.
