We are looking for a person to join our legal team, performing administrative and support tasks in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Customer service, both by phone and in person.
* Use of municipal and state computer platforms to obtain information and submit applications and requests.
* Document management, organization, and file preparation.
* Drafting of documents, appeals, contracts, applications, and requests.
* Contact with public administrations for case file follow-up.
* Support tasks for the legal department.
