We take pride in taking fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE** We are looking for an intern to join the Digital Business Analytics team within Mango’s E-commerce department. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and maintain agile reports and dashboards according to business needs, focusing on clarity and speed of delivery. * Ensure data quality by participating in QA processes for new metrics/tracking. * Ensure data quality by participating in QA processes for new metrics/tracking, validating consistency across GA4, Looker, and ERP. * Improve the company’s current forecasting processes, closely tied to cost optimization. **ABOUT YOU:** * You are currently studying Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field. * **MUST-HAVE:** Proficiency in Python (basic scripting, data analysis with pandas, data manipulation) and SQL. * **MUST-HAVE:** Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university for a minimum duration of one year. * Advanced level of English (for documentation and communication with global teams). * Agile and solution-oriented mindset: speed, prioritization, and not being paralyzed by perfection. * Analytical curiosity: when something doesn’t add up, you investigate; when a number drops, you ask why. * Clear communication skills: explaining complex findings without unnecessary jargon. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
