





A logistics company located in Mataró is seeking a Logistics Manager, who will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing logistics operations, ensuring proper management of the flow of materials, equipment, and consumables among suppliers, warehouses, and customers. • Order and procurement management: Coordinate purchasing, receipt, and control of materials with national and international suppliers. Track delivery dates, incidents, and customs documentation. • Inventory and warehouse management: Continuous control and updating of stock in the ERP system, including traceability by customer and project. Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation team to ensure availability and correct dispatch. • Project logistics planning: Provide direct support to the Operations team in planning shipments, deliveries, and material pickups at stores and logistics centers. Prepare logistics documentation (delivery notes, installation sheets, checklists, returns). • Supplier and carrier relations: Negotiate logistics terms (lead times, rates, packaging, insurance). Monitor incidents and resolve transportation claims. • Documentation management and reporting: Prepare weekly reports on stock levels, incidents, movements, and consumption. Monitor logistics costs and support the finance department in accurate cost allocation per project or customer. • Optimization and continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes, packaging, traceability, and sustainability.
