**We are looking for a technical coordinator for the SAD of Consell Comarcal del Valles Occidental (Terrassa)** The person responsible for the position will coordinate and plan services for users and home care workers. They will evaluate and monitor the quality of services provided and ensure proper execution of all other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the service. **Requirements** \- University degree in Social Work or Social Education (Social branch) \- Previous experience in the role (desirable) \- Valid driver's license and own vehicle **Your main responsibilities will include** \- Coordinate all SAD staff (home care workers and cleaning assistants). \- Schedule home visits to introduce the home care worker or cleaning assistant who will provide the service to the user. \- Review service agreements, protocol compliance, benefits provided to each user, and conduct subsequent evaluations. \- Identify service incidents \- Resolve technical issues \- Monitor working hours, time records, absences for all SAD personnel \- Handle incidents and prepare social reports \- Perform any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service **What we offer** \- Temporary contract at 35h (full-time 37h) \- Competitive salary, above collective agreement standards \- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00 (rotating on-call shift from 10:00\-14:00 and 15:00\-20:00) \- Office location: Terrassa (Barcelona) \-\-\-\-\-\-\- At Asistenzia, we are strongly committed to gender equality and believe diversity is a key pillar for our team’s success.
