**The Opportunity:**

Ensure the availability, safety, and proper operation of facilities, equipment, and systems through planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, thereby contributing to operational continuity and achievement of productivity, safety, and quality objectives.**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute the annual preventive maintenance plan.
* Coordinate corrective maintenance interventions to minimize downtime.
* Carry out predictive maintenance activities.
* Define and update work procedures and instructions.
* Manage technical incidents and analyze root causes of failures.
* Ensure the availability and reliability of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
* Supervise maintenance of facilities, electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and general services.
* Propose technical improvements aimed at increasing productivity and reducing failures.
* Select and coordinate maintenance service providers.
* Request and evaluate technical and economic proposals.
* Supervise the quality of interventions performed by external companies.
* Monitor maintenance contracts and service-level agreements.
* Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
* Manage procurement of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
* Optimize costs without compromising equipment safety or reliability.
* Control stock levels of critical spare parts.
* Analyze maintenance performance indicators.
* Lead continuous improvement and energy efficiency projects.
* Participate in the implementation of new facilities or equipment.
* Promote digitalization, automation, and system initiatives.
* Typical daily activities: Review of open incidents and failures, prioritization of work orders, tracking of the preventive plan, coordination of internal technicians and external providers, control of spare parts and materials, meetings with Operations, Logistics, and Safety teams, and monitoring of maintenance KPIs.
* Perform the administrative process for the entire corrective and preventive maintenance plan in the GMAO software.
* Contact and coordinate external maintenance providers.
* Specific corrective maintenance interventions
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations based on job-related risks (see section "Job-Related Risks").
* Ensure compliance with mandatory legal inspections and reviews.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Manage work permits and contractor company activities.
* Comply with internal procedures and requirements of the integrated management system.
* Comply with internal waste segregation and management regulations.
* Verify correct use and replacement of PPE according to applicable internal standards.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**REQUIRED PROFILE**
* Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or equivalent; alternatively, a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
* Occupational Health and Safety training (desirable).
* Minimum of 5 years in similar positions.
* Experience managing technical teams.
* Knowledge of industrial maintenance, automation, and facility management.
* Authorized RITE Installer.
* Unrestricted Fluorinated Gas Handler certification.
* Office software and GMAO proficiency.
