We are seeking Executive Assistants to support senior leaders by managing calendars, travel, emails, and documents in a dynamic and continuously learning environment.

What is the challenge?
You will join our Executive Assistant team, supporting various leaders and performing tasks including, but not limited to:
End-to-end calendar management, coordinating calls, meetings, etc.
Booking of meeting rooms and external venues, as needed
Management of domestic and international travel
Email, physical mail, courier, and diplomatic pouch management
Document editing and formatting
Invoicing, digital archiving, client contact database management, among others

Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Executive Assistance, Administration and Finance. Other university degrees relevant to the described responsibilities are valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and organizational skills
Intermediate-to-advanced English; bilingual proficiency in Catalan/Spanish
