Our values — particularly commitment, trust, flexibility, passion, and responsibility — guide us. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Plant Manager** to join our **Logistics team** at our operational facility **located in Abrera.** In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the project’s operating account and customer satisfaction by coordinating and supervising center activities. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Achieving company-defined objectives related to profitability (budget and forecast compliance), efficiency, and project productivity. * Planning and monitoring quality and safety processes in coordination with cross-functional departments supporting the center, and managing personnel reporting to you. * Managing operations assigned to the center, implementing processes, and tracking control KPIs. * Ensuring the service level established contractually with the customer. * Managing work schedules, synergies, and workload balancing according to the customer’s production peaks and volumes. * Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives at the center. * Analyzing and planning corrective actions for deviations versus KPIs. * Effectively interacting with and aligning across various corporate cross-functional departments. * Ensuring effective shift organization, taking into account vacation periods, customer production peaks, etc. * Effectively implementing and monitoring SFM and 5S standards at the center. * Reporting the center’s operational status and financial performance to the Logistics Area Manager. * Maintaining close proximity to the customer: attending meetings, collaborating with working teams, and analyzing daily operational situations. * Containing and balancing costs: procurement, consumables, charges, repairs, etc. **What qualifications do you need?** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent. * Experience in logistics operations management and team leadership. * Knowledge of financial management, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting. * Experience in data analysis and tracking of operational KPIs. * Understanding of logistics flows, warehouse management, and inventory control. * Strong planning, organizational, and incident-resolution capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Personal competencies focused on leadership, people management, decision-making, communication, customer orientation, proactivity, and dynamism. **What would be valued?** * Prior experience in similar roles within the logistics or industrial sectors. * Familiarity with Lean, 5S, SFM, and Six Sigma methodologies. * Experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes. * English language proficiency is an asset. **What do we offer?** * Join a globally present company where you’ll become part of an innovative, dynamic, and purpose-driven team. * Participate in an expanding project offering real opportunities for professional growth and development. * Play a key role in shaping the company’s growth and actively contribute to its success. * A high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative team. * Access to exclusive social benefits as a Sesé employee: private health insurance, discounts with over 400 brands, etc. * Flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs. * Well-being program.
