We are seeking a **SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE**, whose mission will be to prospect and open new client accounts to generate business. **This is not a position responsible for executing the entire sales cycle** (initially)**,** but offers clear progression to become a Business Manager and handle the full sales cycle. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Benchmarking**: Study and identify new business opportunities in the market. **Prospecting**: Generate and qualify leads via cold calling and cold emailing. **Outreach**: Contact key decision-makers to present our products/services and schedule meetings for the sales team (Business Managers). **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel. **CRM Management**: Record and update prospect information, interactions, and progress in the CRM system (Salesforce). **Collaboration**: Work closely with all Business Managers. **REQUIREMENTS** **for a strong match**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience and knowledge of the Spanish market. Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Knowledge of the IT sector—including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software development, or enterprise solutions—is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence senior-level decision-makers. Ability to manage multiple prospects and effectively prioritize leads. Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to succeed. High and fluent English (**minimum B2 level**) for client conversations.
