We seek a dynamic professional with gastronomic sensitivity and attention to detail, capable of delivering an authentic, high-level guest experience. Main responsibilities: Guest service in the dining room, ensuring agile, warm, and professional service. Taking orders and advising guests on menu items, wines, and daily specials. Serving food and beverages according to fine-dining standards. Setting up and maintaining mise en place. Coordinating with kitchen staff and dining room team for seamless service. Handling payments and table closing. ### **Requirements** Minimum 2 years’ experience in food service, preferably in 5-star hotels or gastronomic restaurants. Basic knowledge of wines and service protocol. Proactive attitude, excellent customer interaction skills, and strong communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure with organization and elegance. Advanced English proficiency (other languages are a plus). Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
