DESCRIPTION At Prosegur Security, we are looking to hire an Operator for our Security Operations Center (ISOC) in Barcelona. We seek a person with a positive attitude, interest in learning, and the ability to work collaboratively in an operational environment related to security and technology. ### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Incident management and monitoring using Security Operations Center tools. * Basic monitoring of security systems and platforms. * Recording and updating information in corporate applications. * Escalating and communicating incidents according to established procedures. * Coordinating with other teams to ensure proper operational management. * Tracking daily operational tasks and controls. ### **What do we offer?** * 6-month contract with potential extension to a permanent contract. * Workplace located in Barcelona. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, during morning shifts within an approximate timeframe between 06:00 and 17:00, depending on service scheduling; due to rotational service, afternoon shifts may also be required based on operational needs. * Scheduled weekend shifts included in the roster, with 12-hour shifts. REQUIREMENTS * Proficiency in computer tools. * Ability to learn and adapt. * Organized and responsible individual. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Interest in working in a technological and security-oriented environment. * Availability to adapt to various schedules within service operations.
