Growth opportunities in analysis and project management **Back Office – Data Analyst Junior** **Location**: Barcelona \| **Hybrid work model** (3 days in office / 2 days remote) **Permanent contract** \| **Full-time position** **Are you looking for your next step in the world of data analysis?** At Smollan, a company specializing in commercial team outsourcing for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, we are seeking a young, proactive, and eager-to-learn individual to join our Data Analysis team as a Back Office member. You will work in a dynamic environment surrounded by energetic colleagues where your ideas matter and your professional development is one of our priorities. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will be part of the Projects team, responsible for supporting and coordinating key tasks to ensure seamless operations: * Monitoring and tracking commercial visits. * Supervising goal achievement compliance. * Data entry and analysis (Excel will be your best ally here!). * Document management. * Identifying and resolving incidents. * Proposing continuous improvement initiatives (we highly value initiative). **What we are looking for in you** * **Advanced Excel skills** (mandatory); Power BI knowledge is a plus. * Strong communication skills: you’ll know how to connect effectively with the team. * A dynamic, curious, proactive individual eager to specialize in data analysis. * Preferred: experience or interest in the FMCG sector (manufacturers, distributors, or service providers). **What we offer you** * **Permanent contract** from day one. * **Hybrid work model**: balance between office and home. * Well-connected office with easy public transport access. * Young and collaborative atmosphere. * Real opportunities for professional development within the areas of analysis and project management.
